Special Olympics!
We learned yesterday that we will have the privilege of having 3 Special Olympics athletes and coaches staying with us. They will be flying in sometime next Thursday and we then get to have them sleep, eat, and play with us for several days before they start competing. We haven't learned yet if they will be from Jamaica or Gibraltar but it won't matter where they are from, it will be fantastic. We can't wait!

Very Cool!!! I really wanted to do this...but we don't have the room in this loverly house of ours!!! You guys will have a blast!!! Let us know if we can help!!! Wanna do a dutch over dinner one night???
That's so great you can do that! I was a volunteer on the planning committee for the Utah Special Olympics when I was at BYU. I was in charge of setting up all the transportation but I was so jealous of the people who actually got to have time with the athletes! How fun.
Can't wait to hang out with you and your athletes. I wish we could swing the rooms and the weekend. Hopefully next year. Awesome that you can do this.
I have multitudinous weaknesses but "Thou shalt not covet," is one commandment I'm pretty good at keeping. Today you bring out the natural man in me and I feel very jealous. What a uniquely beautiful opportunity.
